I'm the Zippy!

I got my name because somehow, I got out of my previous home, and I found my way to the center of town, and I was running across all the streets, looking for my family and looking for food.

Boy, was I lucky I found Shanti. She lived in the hedges at the bank, and she taught me to find food on my own. But I was scared, scared, scared. Lots of people tried to help me, but I knew they weren't the right ones.

Then one night, Shanti said, "Look, can't you see they're trying to get you a home?" And she went over and got in the carrier they brought, and so I did too, and that's how I ended up here at my foster home with Shanti and a whole bunch of other cats.

I'm a real lover. I like to be held up close to your face. Sometimes I'll kiss your face. I like to sleep in bed with you, sometimes curled up on the pillow.

I like to be petted and cuddled, but I still like to zip, zip, zip around the house, and run and play and chase and hop from here to there.

I'm looking for a home where somebody wants to cuddle a silvery, zippy boy and play with him and kiss him right on the top of his head!

Foster note: Zippy has discovered the computer desk! We keep a kitty bed on the desk, and usually, it's little Snowfoot or Mina who curls up there, or big old Bogie or Dixon, but Zippy has decided the bed is his. He loves to curl up there and snooze under the warm monitor.
